Draft vs. Published Accords

This article explains the difference between a Draft and a Published Accord.

What is a Draft Accord?

Draft is the default status for any newly-created Accord.  All Accords start in Draft, whether the Accord was created manually or automatically via your CRM integration.

The purpose of an Accord being in Draft is to let you add any finishing touches to the Accord, without giving access to your customer until you're ready.

Publishing Your Accord

Automatic Publishing

An Accord will be automatically published if you invite a customer via the Team Page.

Please refer to this helpful article for more information on inviting your customers to Accord.

Manual Publishing

You can manually publish you Accord by clicking Publish in the upper right hand of your Accord.

Note: Your customers will not be able to access your Accord – even through the Approved Domain feature – until you publish your Accord.
