Where to find Resource Library Reports
There are two paths to resource reports in Accord:
- For library-wide analytics, admins can navigate to Reports from the main menu and select Resource Analytics. Here you will find a variety of reports that span the entirety of your Resource Library.
- For reports tied to individual assets, navigate to your Resource Library, click on a folder or individual piece of content, and then click Reports.
Resource Analytics
Resource Analytics give admins and content managers a clear view of how content in the Accord Resource Library is performing. Across three purpose-built reports, you can track content health, measure views and downloads, and see which resources are driving engagement at each stage of your pipeline.
Whether you are auditing the freshness of your library, identifying which assets are influencing deals, or building a case for your enablement investment, Resource Analytics turns content decisions into data-backed decisions.
Note: Resource reporting in Accord now tracks downloads as events across the CMS, so you can measure both views and downloads on every asset.
Accessing Resource Analytics
The previous Resources report has been fully overhauled and is now titled Resource Analytics. You can access it from the Reporting section of Accord.

Inside Resource Analytics, you will find three reports:
- Content Health
- Views and Downloads
- Views by Stage
Report Filters
All three reports support a consistent set of filters so you can narrow in on the data that matters most.
Audience filtering
Every report supports three audience views:
- Customers. Activity from external users (prospects and customers) engaging with content in Accords.
- Everyone. Combined activity from both internal and external users.
- Internal. Activity from your own team members inside Accord.
This makes it easy to separate how your reps are engaging with content from how buyers are engaging with it.
Date range filtering
All reports support custom date range filtering, so you can look at performance over any window you choose, from the last 7 days to the last fiscal year.
Content Health Report
The Content Health Report surfaces resources in the Resource Library based on a variety of health metrics, making it easy to audit and maintain your library at scale.
Lifecycle stages
Filter and review resources by their current lifecycle status:
- Approved
- Not Approved
- Expires in < 30 days
This view is especially useful for admins managing expiration workflows, giving you a running list of everything due for review in the next month.
Fresh vs. stale
Identify which content has been recently updated versus what may be going stale. Content is considered Fresh if it has been updated in the last 90 days. Anything older is flagged as Stale.
Hot vs. cold
See which content is actively being used versus sitting idle. Content is considered Hot if it has been viewed in the last 30 days. Anything without recent views is considered Cold.
Report details
The Content Health Report includes the following details for every resource:
- Resource name
- Last updated
- Views
- Downloads
- Visibility (Internal/External)

Views and Downloads Report
The Views and Downloads Report highlights content engagement across all assets in the Resource Library. With downloads now tracked as a distinct event in Accord, you can see which resources are being viewed as well as which are being downloaded for offline use or sharing.
Use this report to quickly identify your top-performing assets and surface resources that may need a refresh or a closer look.

Views by Stage Report
The Views by Stage Report highlights content views by the stage of your deal pipeline. This gives enablement and marketing teams clear visibility into which assets are getting traction at each point in the buyer journey.
Use this report to:
- Understand which content resonates in early-stage discovery versus late-stage evaluation.
- Identify gaps where certain stages lack supporting content.
- Align future content investment with where buyers are actually engaging.

Linking to Individual Resource Metrics
Every report in Resource Analytics supports deep links to individual content metrics. From any row in a report, you can click into a specific resource to see its full performance breakdown, including views, downloads, audience split, and engagement history.
This makes it easy to move from high-level trends to the specific assets driving them, without having to export data or stitch views together manually.

Individual Resource Reports
In addition to library-wide analytics, users can access reports for individual assets in the Resource Library. These reports are accessible from any folder or piece of content under the Reports tab.
There are three types of individual resource reports: Impact Reports, Customer Reports, and Team Reports.

Impact Reports
An Impact Report shows you which Accords a resource is being used in, and a total associated pipeline. This report can be filtered by when the resource was last viewed, close date and stage (imported from your CRM).
Customer Reports
There are three types of Customer Reports”
-
Total Customer Views shows how many times customers have viewed a resource.
-
Customer Average Time Spent shows how much time, on average, customers spend viewing a resource.
-
Unique Customers shows how many individual customers have viewed a resource.
All Customer Reports can be filtered by last viewed date and close date.
Team Reports
There are three types of Team Reports:
- Total Team Views shows how many times your team members (sellers) have viewed a resource.
- Team Average Time Spent shows how much time, on average, your team members spend viewing a resource.
-
Unique Team Members shows how many individual team members have viewed a resource.
All Team Reports can be filtered by last viewed date and close date.
