Accord Intelligence's stakeholder recommendations feature uses AI to automatically suggest specific individuals to fill placeholder roles in your Accords.

Instead of spending valuable time researching who holds specific roles like "Sales VP" or "CRO" for each buyer’s team, Accord Intelligence automatically identifies and recommends the right people for each placeholder role in your deal.

How It Works

Stakeholder recommendations appear within the Team and Stakeholder Map section of each Accord through a four-step process:

• Placeholder Analysis Accord Intelligence automatically scans placeholders within your Accord, identifying roles such as "Sales VP," "CRO," or "CS Leadership" that need to be filled with specific individuals.
• Smart Matching The AI analyzes organizational information to identify individuals who match each placeholder role, understanding organizational variations and mapping actual decision makers to your requirements.
• Automatic Suggestions Accord recommends up to 10 specific stakeholders at a time for each placeholder role.
• One-Click Addition Add recommended stakeholders directly to your Accord with a single click, instantly converting placeholders into specific and actionable contacts.

Getting Started

Accord Intelligence will only make stakeholder recommendations if the following is true:

1. The Accord has an approved customer domain configured. A customer domain can be added during the creation of an Accord, or to an existing Accord (click into an Accord > click the “” menu > click Edit Details).

• The Accord’s Team section has at least one placeholder. The placeholder must include a job title like “Director of Sales” or “Head of Marketing”.

Reviewing and Adding Stakeholders

Stakeholder recommendations will appear in two places within an Accord: 

1. The Team section 
2. The Stakeholder Map section 

Placeholder cards will include this label when Accord Intelligence has one or more stakeholder recommendations:

Click the label or Assign Placeholder. You’ll see

• Up to 10 recommendations for the placeholder
• The ability to dismiss recommendations
• Options to assign and invite a recommended stakeholder to the Accord (or only assign for now and invite later)

Best Practices

• Review Suggestions Carefully: While AI recommendations are intelligent, always review suggested stakeholders to ensure they align with your specific deal context.
• Update Your Playbook Context: Add details about your core personas and buying committee members to your Playbook Context, and make placeholder job titles clear to help the AI provide more accurate recommendations. Admin permissions required.
