What Is the Resource Library?
The Resource Library is an intuitive Content Management System (CMS) that is designed to be:
- Easy to use for both administrators and users
- Easy to update and distribute to Playbooks and/or Accords
- Insightful, with real time analytics on the ROI of your Resources
What Is It Used For?
Customer-facing teams are expected to distribute dozens of Resources throughout the execution of their responsibilities.
This could include:
- Order forms, proposals, and contracts
- Product guides and FAQs
- Marketing collateral (e.g. case studies, customer testimonials)
- Presentation decks
Establishing the Source of Truth for Go-to-Market Resources
With so many types of Resources at their disposal, it can be difficult (read: virtually impossible) to make sure that they're using the right Resource for the deal that they're working on.
In addition, Resources are being introduced, updated, and being taken out of circulation on a regular basis. How do you know that your rep didn't download a copy of the SOC 2 Report 3 years ago and are still distributing it to their prospects?
Using the Resource Library, it's easy to add Resources directly to the Accords that you're managing. When those Resources are updated or taken out of commission, those updates will be pushed out to any Accords that use that Resource automatically.
