Once added, your methodology informs every AI-powered output so guidance always reflects your specific framework rather than generic best practices.
Adding Sales Methodology Documentation (Admins)
Workspace admins can add methodology documentation at the workspace level by navigating to Settings > Accord Intelligence > Sales Methodology.
Admins can choose to either upload their own documentation (PDF, DOCX, TXT) or choose from one of the provided starter templates. We currently provide starter templates for MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, and Value Selling.
In a single-click each template auto-populates a full framework doc with discovery questions, coaching guidance and more.

Docks are processed upon upload (or template selection) and leveraged by all Accord Intelligence features and agents.
