• Admin permission within Seismic will be required to export taxonomy, content, and analytics reports. 

Overview

Accord offers a white-glove migration experience. Your dedicated Accord CSM will guide you through each step of the process.

To get started, the first step is to share an export of your relevant data with the Accord team.

Data & Workflows 

1. A current export of your Seismic taxonomy (categories, attributes, values, and hierarchy)
   
   
2. A content inventory export with metadata (owner, category, attributes, created/modified dates, status)
   
   
3. Content usage analytics for the past 3 months (views, shares, sends, last used)  
   
   
4. Any notes on governance, approvals, or targeting rules in Seismic
   1. It’s okay if you don’t have many
5. Existing workflows or other helpful information
   
   1. Custom reports or dashboards your team relies on
   2. Salesforce or other integrations touching Seismic
   3. Any planned taxonomy or CMS cleanup already in motion
