Setting Relative Dates for Meetings
It's recommended that you add a milestone to your playbook. This will enable you to set guidelines for when a meeting should take place, relative to the milestone—like so:
Configuring Meeting Guests
The Meeting Guests section displays internal team members and placeholders for buyer stakeholders.
- Click Add beside the team members and placeholders that should attend the meeting
- These individuals will automatically be added to the meeting invite later when a seller executes this step with an Accord
Adding a Meeting Description
The Meeting Description section allows you to template what will appear in the description of all Google Calendar meetings created from this step.
- Add standard meeting objectives or agenda items
- This content automatically appears in every calendar invite created from this step in your Accords
