What are Reportable Tables
Reportable Tables are a section type you can add to the Accord Summary tab, either within a Playbook or on an individual Accord. They work like an Excel table: you define the columns and their data types, and teams (or templates) fill in the rows. Use them for structured data that doesn't belong in a task list like the Accord Next Steps tab.
Reportable Tables are built for any structured, ongoing work you track directly in an Accord: implementation risk (RAID logs), business outcomes, customer sentiment, or any other use case your team needs.
An Accord Summary tab can hold multiple Reportable Tables, built from the same template or different ones. Table rows are living records your team updates as the engagement progresses, rather than tasks to check off.
Because Reportable Table templates are standardized at the workspace level, every team captures the same fields in the same way. That makes your tables reportable across every Accord in your workspace.

Creating a Template
- Navigate to the workspace Library → Reportable Tables.
- Click Add Table to create a new template, then give it a name and description.
- Add your columns and choose a data type for each.
- Set the column order to control how the table displays.
- Save the template.
Note: Users with the correct permissions can also create a new template from within an Accord or Playbook by adding a table and clicking Create New Table.

Each column may use one of the following data types:
Text: Free-form content such as descriptions and notes.
Date: A calendar date for deadlines or milestones.
Select: A value chosen from a defined list, such as project status.
Number and Percentage: Numeric metrics. Accord validates every entry as a number.
User: A member of the Accord team, either on your side or the customer's. If that person leaves the Accord, the cell shows "Former member" until you assign someone else.
CRM Field: A live, read-only value from the CRM record connected to the Accord. Accord stores only a reference to the field, so the cell always shows the current CRM value and never writes back to the CRM.
System Columns: Row metadata, including Created At, Created By, and Last Modified. Accord fills these in automatically for every row, and they're read-only.
Editing a Template
You can edit Reportable Table templates at any time. Any user with the correct permissions can return to Library → Reportable Tables and click the template they want to edit, or open the Actions menu and choose Edit.
Template changes behave as follows:
Adding a column pushes it to every existing table built from that template, across live Playbooks and Accords. The column appears instantly and stays empty until someone fills it in.
Renaming a column updates its label everywhere and leaves existing data untouched.
Deleting a template doesn't delete the tables already created from it.
Adding a Data Table to an Accord
Note: Only members of your internal team can add and manage Reportable Tables. Customer Users don't have this option.
To add a Reportable Table to an Accord.
- In the Accord Summary tab, click Add Section and choose Reportable Table.
- Pick a template from the list. Admins can follow the link to create a new one.
- The section appears with an empty table, ready for rows.

You can also add a Reportable Table to a Playbook as a standard item. Every Accord created from that Playbook gets its own copy of the table and its rows.
Working with a Reportable Table
Cells in a Reportable Table are always editable. Click into a cell to work with its data type (date, text, and so on). Changes save in real time, so teammates editing different cells never overwrite each other. You can edit tables in full screen, and when you're working with a lot of rows, the pagination footer lets you set how many rows show per page.

When working with a table, you can:
- Add or remove rows with the add-row action and the per-row menu. Deleting a row takes effect immediately.
- Sort by clicking a column header. Each click cycles through ascending, descending, and back to your custom order.
- Reorder rows by dragging them, as long as no sort is applied.
- Rename the table by clicking its title and typing a new one.
- View the source template by opening the table menu and choosing View Template.
- Remove a table by deleting its section from the Summary tab. This removes the table and all its rows.
Reporting Across Accord
To view a report, go to Reports → Reportable Tables and pick a template. You'll see every row of every table built from that template, across all live Accords you have access to. The search box matches both row content and Accord names, and you can sort by any column. Each row shows the Accord it belongs to, with a Go to Accord action to jump straight there.

Troubleshooting
A CRM Field column shows "Select CRM field" or a field name instead of a value.
CRM Field columns display the live value from the CRM record connected to the Accord. They require your workspace's CRM connection and an admin-configured CRM field list, the same list that powers summary variables. If the connected CRM record has no value for that field, the cell shows the field name in a muted chip. Workspaces connected to HubSpot don't currently support CRM Field columns.
A new column appeared in your table.
An admin added a column to the template your table is built from. Template changes apply to every table built from that template, so existing rows show the new column empty until someone fills it in.
The Data Tables report shows fewer rows than you expected.
The report includes only live Accords you have access to. Tables on Playbooks are excluded.
A User cell shows "Former member."
The person assigned to that row is no longer part of the Accord team. Click the cell to assign a current member.
